‘We are a family business’ is a phrase that has been often used throughout the years since Tsiakkastel’s inception in 1969.

The most common interpretation of this phrase is that we are family owned, and although true, that is not what I am referring to when I talk about family.

We are a family business because we treat each and every employee like family and, like most parents, we have high expectations.

Through proper guidance, in a nurturing environment, our team excels at treating our customers with respect and transparency, offering them exceptional products, first-class service and support.

As a result of the environment we have worked hard to create we are proud to have customers who have been with us for decades, and who have now also become an extended part of our family.

In addition Tsiakkastel is part of all the major environmental recycling initiatives in Cyprus. As such, it is part of the Green Dot initiatives and WEEE. Tsiakkastel recycles paper, packaging material, electronic and electrical waste and toner cartridges.

Finally, Tsiakkastel actively supports selected charities, especially in the areas of Cancer Support and Alzheimer’s.
